Website Terms of Use
Effective September 9, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and the request form on it. They are not your rental contract. If you rent a vehicle from us, the rental is governed by the written rental agreement you sign at pickup, and that agreement controls over anything on this site.
1. Who we are
M5 Rentals is operated by M5 Transportation LLC, 4800 Skyline Dr, Roeland Park, KS 66205. You can reach us at info@m5transportation.com or by WhatsApp at (301) 892-1500.
2. Information on this site is not a reservation
Sending a request through this site, or messaging us, does not reserve a vehicle or guarantee a rate. Vehicles, models, years, and weekly rates change based on what's available. A rental starts only when you and M5 sign a rental agreement and you make your first payment.
3. Who can rent
To rent you must hold a valid, current driver's license in your own name and provide proof of your home address. Renters must be at least 25 years old; drivers between 21 and 24 may rent subject to a young driver fee. At pickup you choose between our optional damage waiver and your own auto insurance coverage. We can decline any request at our discretion.
3a. Pickup and delivery
Vehicles are picked up and returned at 4590 Roe Blvd, Roeland Park, Kansas, during our hours of 8am to 6pm. Delivery to an address within 30 miles of that location is available for a $60 fee, arranged in advance.
4. Contacting you
By submitting the request form or messaging us, you agree that M5 may contact you by phone call, SMS text, WhatsApp, or email about your request and about renting from us. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any text or WhatsApp message to opt out of further marketing messages.
5. Accurate information
You agree that the information you give us on this site and during rental intake is true and belongs to you. Giving false identity, address, license, or insurance information is grounds for us to refuse or end a rental and, where the law allows, to report it.
6. Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our rentals and to contact us. You may not use it to send spam, scrape data, impersonate someone else, or interfere with how it works. The text, layout, and logos on this site belong to M5 Transportation LLC.
7. Third-party services
This site links to WhatsApp and uses services from Meta and other providers to deliver form submissions and measure advertising. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. See our privacy policy for what we collect and share.
8. No warranties for the website
This website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses that come from relying on information on this site. This section is about the website only; your rights and our obligations for an actual rental are set out in the rental agreement and in Kansas law.
9. Kansas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state courts of Johnson County, Kansas.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
